- Transaction and due-diligence data. Information and documents you send us about a proposed trade deal and the parties involved, including data needed for KYC/KYB, sanctions and jurisdiction checks.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and the date and time of access, collected through server logs and, where used, cookies and similar technologies.

- To perform compliance checks and meet legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements.
- To prepare, conclude and administer agreements and the related execution, payment and reconciliation steps.
