These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ocean website at ocean88.group (the "Website"), operated by RA GROUP INC., Hardturmstrasse 123 - 5 - 43, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland ("we", "us", "Ocean"). By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website
The Website provides information about Ocean and lets you submit a request about a B2B trade deal, such as supplier payment, receivables finance or settlement. The Website itself does not execute transactions.

2. No offer and no advice
The content of the Website is for general information only. It is not an offer or solicitation, and it is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Submitting a request does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement.

3. Deal requests and compliance review
All requests are subject to our review, including KYC/KYB, sanctions and jurisdiction checks and document review. We may ask for further information and documents, and we may decline or stop work on any request at our sole discretion, without giving reasons where the law allows.

4. Your obligations
When you submit information through the Website, you confirm that:

• the information and documents are accurate, complete and not misleading;
• you are authorised to act for the company you represent and to share the data of the parties involved;
• the proposed transaction is lawful and does not involve sanctioned persons, sanctioned jurisdictions or proceeds of crime; and
• you will not use the Website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

5. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including texts, design, logos and graphics, are owned by RA GROUP INC. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the Website for your own business purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality
We treat the deal information and documents you submit as confidential and use them only as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed to review and carry out your request, except where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority.

We try to keep the Website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Website or any part of it at any time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
